Villard-Reculas is an old mountain farming village whose architecture has remained faithful to its roots. Stone houses with corrugated iron roofs, renovated barns, narrow lanes and an emblematic bell tower at the village centre. No large buildings or massive development here: new constructions are discreet and respect the traditional architecture. The resort extends gently between forest, runs and high pastures, with a few modern residences integrated into the landscape. The village heart houses the tourist office, a grocery shop, restaurants and the ski run departures. It is a pedestrian, tranquil resort where everything can be done on foot.
