The Praz de Lys – Sommand alpine ski area offers 55 kilometres of runs between 1,240 and 2,000 metres altitude, linking the two plateaus of Praz de Lys and Sommand. It has 23 ski lifts (mainly drag lifts and several chairlifts) serving 55 runs: 7 green, 29 blue, 11 red and 6 black. This distribution makes it a particularly suited ski area for families and beginner to intermediate skiers, while offering some challenges for more experienced skiers. The ski area benefits from good sunshine and offers spectacular panoramas over Mont Blanc, the Aravis and the Chablais. A snowpark and boardercross runs complete the offering for new-discipline enthusiasts.
