The Mont Serein ski area, perched between 1,400 and 1,800 metres altitude on the north face of Mont Ventoux, is a small family alpine ski area, ideal for learning and relaxed skiing. It offers 12 kilometres of runs across 7 drag lifts and 1 carpet lift, with a good balance between green, blue and red runs. The north-facing aspect ensures often well-preserved snow, despite the moderate altitude. The ski area also has a well-secured beginner area, a snowpark and fun zones for children. Not a large sporty ski area, but an excellent choice for a family holiday or a day’s skiing near Avignon. The view over the Baronnies, the Alps and snow-covered Provence gives this appealing resort a genuine identity.
