Located at 1,139 metres altitude, the Col de la Schlucht is an emblematic living and activity hub of the Vosges massif. It marks the natural and historic border between the Lorraine side (Le Valtin) and the Alsace side (Stosswihr). Its summit is equipped with several inns, souvenir shops and activity departure points.
