Pralognan-la-Vanoise has a 27 km Nordic ski area across 5 loops groomed for both skating and classic technique, up to 1,600 m altitude. Trails depart directly south of the village, winding between forests, high pastures and frozen torrents, in the heart of nature. This is one of the finest and most preserved Nordic ski areas in Savoie, popular with experienced Nordic skiers as well as those who enjoy Nordic walking or snowshoeing. Also worth noting: a biathlon stadium, a ski touring initiation route and several marked pedestrian paths. This Nordic sector perfectly complements the sliding offering, providing a gentler, sportier and more contemplative approach to winter in the silence of the mountains.
