The Freissinieres Nordic ski area extends across 31 km of groomed and marked trails for both classic and skating technique, nestled between larch forests, the Biaysse river and panoramas over the Ecrins National Park ridges. The main route forms a rolling loop, accessible from the winter car park at the entrance to the valley. Six trails are available: 3 green, 2 blue and 1 red, allowing you to vary levels and pace. The atmosphere is particularly calm, even at the height of the season. Low footfall makes it an ideal site for progressing without pressure or skiing in silence. There is also a snowshoe trail, a toboggan area for children and a shared pedestrian route, perfect for family walks.
