The 7 Laux Nordic ski area is concentrated on the Beldina site, above Prapoutel. It offers around 20 km of loop trails, groomed for both skating and classic technique, in a forested and rolling setting. The average altitude (1,350 m) ensures good snow cover at the heart of the season. The layout is appreciated for its technical and sporting character, while remaining accessible to Nordic skiers of all levels. A pedestrian and snowshoe area is also marked, with routes towards the Col du Merdaret and the surrounding Cucheron forests. The atmosphere is calm, far from the bustle of the alpine ski area. Initiation sessions, night outings and occasional events are offered by the ski school.
